Memberships

If you have a membership you’ll be able to book for a friend using your app. In the customer app, members will now see an option to Add Someone Else, then entering their friend's name and email. If the member has more than one guest pass available, they will be able to book multiple guests. From a customer facing webpage, they'll find a toggle to bring a guest, then enter their information.

Early cancellations for contract memberships are only given in the case of moving away from the area (outside a 2 mile radius), and with proof of change of address (such as utility bill, copy of rental agreement etc). Email us these details and we’ll update your membership.

Memberships can be frozen for up to 3 months for no charge. If you’re unable to return to exercise, a letter from your doctor or physio after 3 months is required to end your contract early.

Credits will roll over onto your account (outside of your subscription.) To use these you need to select pay with ‘Credits’. 

We rely on your commitment to your membership agreement to operate our studio schedule fully, pay our instructors fairly, and run a sustainable business. 

1. The provisions of this condition shall only apply to a Client that applies for a Monthly Subscription Package by monthly payments, including 3,month and annual Memberships

2. Any Client, who is purchasing classes by Subscription, shall be entitled to participate in the number of classes stated in the package they purchased at the Studios or online until their Subscription terminates and any such Client will forfeit their Package if they fall behind in payment on the renewal date of their Subscription. Such Client shall remain liable for any outstanding payments.

3. Subscription fees must be paid in accordance with these Terms and Conditions irrespective of whether or not the Client uses the Studios' facilities.

4. Subscription fees may be increased at Sculpt 26’s discretion. Clients shall be given at least 7 working days' notice of any increase in Subscription fees.

5. Subject to condition 6 and any right of Sculpt 26 to cancel or suspend the Subscription, the Subscription will continue indefinitely unless and until a Client cancels their Monthly Subscription via email to info@sculpt26.co.uk  at least 28 days prior to their next billing cycle. The Client shall be solely responsible for cancelling their Monthly Subscription. No refunds shall be given to Clients in respect of any Subscription fees that have been paid.

6. Clients who do not wish to accept a change proposed by Sculpt 26 to any Subscription fees may cancel their Subscription by cancelling their Subscription in accordance with condition 5.

7. If the Subscription is paid by debit or with credit card (or any Subscription fees remain outstanding beyond the due date) the Client unconditionally and irrevocably authorises Sculpt 26 to debit any credit or debit card provided by the Client with the monthly Subscription fee (or any outstanding fees) without notice to the Client.

8. Annual Packages may be frozen for up 2 months (in blocks of either 1 or 2 months) or more only in cases of medical issues, Sculpt 26 reserves the right to ask for a letter from a GP or Physio in order to place any 'freeze' on the monthly Package. 

All Memberships are charged and activated immediately on the date of purchase, meaning they commence from that date. 3 month memberships have a minimum commitment period of 3 months and the 12 month memberships have a minimum commitment of 12 months. After the initial 3 month/12month period they can then be cancelled with 30 days notice provided in writing by sending an email to info@sculpt26.co.uk. You may not transfer memberships to another user.

Membership payments are made every 4 weeks via direct debit from your card or bank account on the 4 weekly anniversary of the date of your first payment unless otherwise agreed.

Any classes/sessions not used within the 4 weeks will automatically rollover for an unlimited period while the membership remains active. Once the membership is cancelled and ends, any rollover credits will expire. No refunds or extensions are given.

The business reserves the right to cancel or suspend your membership privileges for any time for any reason. 

Promotional codes sometimes apply to certain types of memberships/packages only, unless stated otherwise and confirmed in writing.

When subscribing, you are automatically added to our mailing list, which you can unsubscribe from after receiving your first e-mail.

Memberships are non transferrable, refundable or sharable.

Your will be automatically billed unless you cancel your membership in writing under the conditions stated above.

 All memberships automatically renew untilled cancelled.

Our early cancellation fees are below:

Cancelling before the minimum contract commitment –£250 fee

If you are cancelling due to illness or you are moving home we will require proof of documentation and in this circumstance, we will be able to cancel the membership and no penalties apply.

Annual and 3 month memberships can be cancelled at the end of your membership period.

Subject to condition, when a person has completed a Registration Form they shall become a Client of SCULPT 26 subject to these Terms and Conditions. No person may become a Client or receive any services without first completing a registration form.
